Below you will find an example of the induction agents section found on the front page of the guide. The "MISC." you see on the example below will continue across with each induction agent but I wanted to enlarge it so it was readable. Unfortunately, it had to be enlarged so much that I had to separate them below.
All of the drugs listed will have a very similar profile but more specific for each drug category. For example, the inhalation agents will have the MAC for infants/children/adults/>60 yr/vapor pressure/oil:gas partition coefficients/blood:gas/brain:blood/fat:blood/muscle:blood and, of course, it's own miscellaneous section explaining specifics about each individual gas.
